How it works.

For people who need a home project done

1. What the price depends on. For boilers and heat pumps: what makes the price change, the questions to ask the business, what to check in the quote. No figures: the price is set by the business, after seeing the job.
2. The request, once the form is active. If there are businesses with the service for that job and that municipality, in the form you will choose up to 3 businesses, seeing their names before sending. Kairos will forward the request only to those.
3. The quote. The business makes it, after seeing the job.

For businesses

1. The calculator. People searching see from how much to how much, what can push the price up and what is not included.
2. The page.
3. The Google campaign. The account is in the business's name.
4. Requests through Kairos. Once the form for private customers is active, the business's name will appear there, for its type of work and its municipality. Requests arrive only if the private customer has chosen that business.
5. The end-of-month sheet. The requests received and the call-back times.

It is an estimate, not a quote. The quote is made by the business, after the site visit.

The rules

Who can be chosen. Businesses that have the Kairos service and commit to replying within 2 working days. The monthly fee is the same for all. They are the businesses that join the service, not all those in a municipality.

Where they appear. Only in the form, when you write a request, and only those for the job and the municipality chosen. There is no public list of businesses.

Who no longer appears. A business that does not reply within 2 working days.

The order. In rotation. No business pays to be placed higher.

The choice. Each request goes to 3 businesses at most, chosen by the person who writes it, who sees their names before sending. Kairos forwards it automatically only to those. It does not read requests to sort them, does not call the people who write them and does not point people to businesses, not even on the phone.

The data. A request goes only to the businesses chosen by the person who writes it.

Prices. To people who need work done, Kairos shows no figures: it explains what the price depends on. One business's prices are not used for the others.

Who pays. Businesses, a fixed monthly fee of €450, no VAT charged (regime forfettario, the Italian flat-rate scheme), the same for all.

The service is new and we work with a few businesses at a time. The form for private customers is not active yet: people who need work done find on the Home projects page what the price depends on.
