People who write from the calculator have already seen an estimate.
With a calculator built on your prices, people who search for the job see from how much to how much it can cost. Once the form for private customers is active, the private customer who chose you will also write to you through Kairos. A fixed monthly fee, the same for all businesses.
Written in the contract
The calculator and the page are online within 15 working days of signing: if they are not, we refund the first month. The deadline is paused only on the days when we are waiting for prices, approvals or access from you. The Google campaign starts when Google approves the ads. Google usually reviews ads within one working day.
After the first end-of-month sheet you can stop, without giving a reason. You have 7 days from the sheet to stop, with an email. If you do not, the second month is paid on the eighth day. The first month is not refunded, you do not pay the second, and the calculator stays on your site.
People who arrive see in the calculator from how much to how much the job can cost.
Requests reach you from your site and, once the form is active, through Kairos.
From your site. Your calculator, built on your prices. From here the request is yours alone: no other business sees it.
Through Kairos. Kairos has a page for people who need a home project done: it explains what the price depends on, without figures. Once the form for private customers is active, people who write a request for your type of work in your municipality will see in the form the businesses and choose 3 at most themselves. The requests that will reach you from here will have been sent by people who chose you.
The two are both included in the monthly fee.

It is the example for heating and plumbing: the prices come from published sources, written with the date. Your calculator will have your prices.
Requests through Kairos
There, it is the private customer who chooses you.
The form for private customers is not active yet. On Kairos the private customer reads beforehand what the price depends on. Then, once the form is active, they will see in the form the businesses for their type of work and choose themselves: you, another business, or you and up to two others.
The rules, the same for all:
- Never more than 3 businesses per request, and the private customer chooses them by looking at the names. The request does not reach every business in the trade.
- The order rotates. Nobody pays to be placed above you.
- Only the businesses that reply stay. You commit to replying within 2 working days. Businesses that do not do so no longer appear in the form: this applies to you and to those who work near you.
- If another business in your trade in your municipality takes up the service, we tell you beforehand, and you can stop without penalties.
- To people who need work done, Kairos shows no figures: only what the price depends on. Your prices are not used for other businesses.
- The calculator, the prices and the texts made for you are not used by any other business.
- There is no public list of businesses: the private customer sees the names only in the form, when writing.
The form for private customers is not active yet, so no requests come through Kairos yet. The monthly fee pays for the calculator, the page and the campaign. Once the form is active, requests through Kairos will be included, at no extra cost.
The end-of-month sheet
We do not tell you how many requests will arrive. We tell you how many have arrived.
Every month, a written summary. The requests received and the call-back times. How many turned into work only you know: if you tell us, we put it in the sheet.
Who it is for
Businesses that work on a quote basis and go to see the job before giving a price.
The example calculator is for boilers and heat pumps.
It is not for you if
- you want to give an exact price online, without seeing the job;
- you do not want to spend on Google advertising: the campaign is part of the service.
Another trade that works on quotes. Write to us: we will tell you whether it can be done for your work. If it can, your calculator is built after signing, with your prices.
How much it costs
€450
a month, no VAT charged (regime forfettario, the Italian flat-rate scheme), for three months.
It includes the calculator, with your prices: it is not paid for separately; the page; the Google campaign; the end-of-month sheet; and, once the form for private customers is active, your name in the form, with the same rules for all. Installation is included.
Google advertising
You pay it directly to Google, with no mark-up, with the account in your name: you see every euro. Before signing, we write you an estimate of the Google spend for the area where you work, with the figure for the first month. In the first month on Google we do not set a spend higher than the figure written in the estimate. From the second month you decide the spend, and you see it every day in your Google account.
The calculator and the page are online within 15 working days of signing: if they are not, we refund the first month. The three months run from the day the calculator and the page are online. At the end nothing renews by itself.
All the termsWhat stays yours.
- The customer: from your site the request goes only to you; through Kairos, once the form is active, to you and to the other businesses the private customer has chosen, two at most. You are the one who talks to them.
- The price: you make the quote.
- The advertising money: the Google account and invoices are in your name.
- The calculator stays on your site whether you stop after the first end-of-month sheet or do not renew after the three months. The campaign and the end-of-month sheet stop, and we no longer update the prices.
From the first message to the end of the three months.
- You write to us, and we reply.
- Before signing, we write you an estimate of the Google spend for the area where you work, with the figure for the first month.
- You sign and pay the first month.
- You give us your prices and the access we need. If you do not have a Google account, you open it yourselves, in your name, and give us access.
- The calculator and the page are online within 15 working days of signing: if they are not, we refund the first month. How do I know a request comes from you?
From your site it comes from the calculator, in writing, with the estimate the person saw.
And what if my quote falls outside the estimate?
The person has also seen what can push the price up and what the estimate does not include. The final number is still the one from your site visit.
Who talks to my customers?
You do. Requests from your site reach only you, and we will not call people who write to you through Kairos.
How many requests will come through Kairos?
We do not know, and we do not tell you in advance. The monthly fee is the same: it pays for the work on the calculator, the page and the campaign. At the end of the month we tell you how many arrived.
Can another business in my trade and my municipality have the service too?
Yes: the monthly fee is the same for all. But the request from your site stays yours alone. The one through Kairos, once the form is active, will go to 3 businesses at most, chosen by the private customer. And if another business in your trade in your municipality takes up the service, we tell you beforehand, and you can stop without penalties.
I already have someone looking after my website and social media.
That is fine. We make the calculator and the page.
